The FiveM Network return policy operates on a per vendor basis. Unfortunately, due to the nature of Digital Products, especially when related to video game modifications, most vendor’s simply cannot offer any form of a refund on any purchases made throughout our website.

Should an issue arise where a dispute or refund request is raised, we will look at it in fine detail and consider all options before finalizing a decision. FiveM Network operates from an admin perspective and has the ability to summon all records of sale, discussion and also withhold funds from a vendor at their discretion to aid and assist the resolution of a dispute.

REFUNDS (If applicable)

Once your dispute is overviewed and confirmed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your confirmation of refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and how the decision was finalized. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS (If applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or items reduced as part of a bundle or clearance operation cannot be refunded.
